Situated on the south coast of Florida lays the sexy and sassy town of Miami. Where emotions run high, feelings come and go like the tide and drama is all around.
In the heart of downtown Miami you’ll find a high school different to all others. It goes by the name of Burlington High. On the outside it may look like any other high school, high walls, long hallways and expensive playing fields. In fact the kids that attend Burlington High may seem like any other teenager and classes are in fact like any other high school. Yes it has detentions, boring teachers, cheesy cheerleaders, trouble makers and nerds, however there’s more to Burlington than meets the eye.
Meet Rosalie Mathews the most popular girl in school and leader of her little socialite troop. Her band of follower’s known as ‘the crew’ run things in Burlington High. They cheer, take charge of the school magazine, seduce, bitch and ruin your life. The truth behind this high school is that it runs a hierarchical system, you’re either involved in the ‘in crowd’ or left behind in an individual world. Can you figure out where you belong?
Are you POPULAR and loved by all? Perhaps you’re a JOCK trying his hardest not to fall? Do you break the rules and become a BAD-ASS? Or do you love to be a POSER, gaining attention with all your sass. Then again maybe you choose to follow the rules with your fellow GEEK. Or do you seclude yourself in a world of blackness with PUNKS and GOTHS, not wanting the attention that others seek. A day in the life living in Miami is full of drama, suspense, action and emotions. However in-between all the drama, parties and studying an incident occurred, which was to place the town of Miami in shock. When Melody James is found dead with a rose in between her lips and rose petals scattered around her body the police could only conclude that she had been murdered. The story thickens however when Samantha Legers is found dead in the same conditions. The unthinkable happened when a third girl is found, her body left in the same state as the previous two victims. Yes, a serial killer is stalking the oh so peaceful town of Miami.
